About the School of Business

The faculty in the School of Business strive to provide a quality education built on a solid business core with an overlay of communication and technical skills necessary to succeed in your career. This education is enhanced by small classes, ready availability, involvement, and personal advising from faculty members. Our focus is on teaching excellence that includes ethical issues, the global environment, use of technology, written and oral communication in classes. Flexible internships for college credit can be arranged to further experiential learning and give students meaningful experience in applying their knowledge.


Teamwork skills can be further enhanced through the Enactus program available for college credit. There are many extracurricular activities available for student enjoyment and leadership experience. They include organizations for all business majors and for CIS and accounting majors. By virtue of ACBSP accreditation, the university has a chapter of the Delta Mu Delta international honor society in business.
