Compassion

You must have great technical skills to be an outstanding healthcare professional. Our challenging nursing programs provide you with the clinical skills to know how to handle the life-and-death situations that nurses face every day. But our professors know that true nursing goes far beyond technical abilities. Caring for people who are sick and afraid requires more than the ability to give an injection or set up an IV. You’ll see that ‘UMobile difference’ as you work in hospitals, Alzheimer’s units, psychiatric centers, health departments, physician’s offices and other healthcare settings with a team of professors who have more than 100 years of combined clinical experience. It’s a deep compassion and a Christian commitment to loving people that make our professors – and our graduates – stand out from the crowd.
