The undergraduate athletic training education program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE). Graduates of the athletic training education program are qualified to sit for the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (BOC) Examination. The Alabama State Board of Education approves teacher education programs.
