MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team sits only four strokes behind Spring Hill College after round one at the UM Fall Classic Monday. The two-day tournament is being held at Herron Lakes' Par-72, 5,913-Yard course. The Lady Rams shot an opening-round 51-over 339, while the Badgers carded a 47-over 335 over the opening 18 holes.

JACKSON, Miss-- The 18th-ranked University of Mobile men's soccer team used a hat trick from Gaetan Massiah to rally past 6th-ranked Belhaven University by a 3-1 score in Southern States Athletic Conference action Saturday. Mobile (11-3-1, 7-2) hosts William Carey University Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 7:30 pm. The Rams out shot Belhaven 14-7 and finished with a 10-4 edge in shots on target. Xavier Audergon finished with three saves in goal for the Rams.

NEW ORLEANS, La-- The University of Mobile volleyball team picked up a pair of non-conference wins at the Hampton Inn Wolfpack Invitational Saturday. Mobile opened by beating Union University 3-2 (25-27, 25-27, 25-20, 25-18, 16-14) and then beat Arkansas-Monticello 3-1 (22-25, 26-24, 25-21, 27-25) to cap the day. Mobile (22-9, 7-5) visits Loyola University Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 7 pm for a Southern States Athletic Conference contest.

Mobile (12-3-1, 8-1) hosts 5th-ranked William Carey University Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 5 pm. The Lady Rams out shot Belhaven 18-6 and finished with a 13-4 edge in shots on target.

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's cross country team won the 2012 Badger Brawl Thursday. The 5K meet was held at the Spring Hill Golf Course. The Lady Rams finished with 21 points and a team time of 2:04:18 to beat Auburn-Montgomery, who finished with 36 points and a time of 2:19:47.

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile men's cross country team finished 2nd at the 2012 Badger Brawl Thursday at the Spring Hill Golf Course. The meet was a 4 mile run. The Rams turned in 42 points and a team time of 2:08:01, while the Badgers won the event with 18 points and a time of 1:57:16.

Mobile (20-9, 7-5) will play a pair of non-conference matches in New Orleans, La., Saturday. They will start the day with an 11 am match against Union. Disah Kolassiba led the Lady Rams with 15 kills and 5 blocks, while Bailey Nations and Kiara Gay added 12 kills and Sara Van Wert finished with 10 kills for Mobile.

MT. VERNON, Ga-- The 19th-ranked University of Mobile men's soccer team blanked Brewton-Parker 5-0 in Southern States Athletic Conference action Saturday. Mobile (10-3-1, 6-2) visits 5th-ranked Belhaven Saturday, Oct. 20 at 7 pm. The Rams out shot the Barons 22-12 and held a 15-4 edge in shots on target.

MT VERNON, Ga-- The 4th-ranked University of Mobile women's soccer team crushed Brewton-Parker 9-0 in Southern States Athletic Conference action Saturday. Mobile (11-3-1, 7-1) will visit Belhaven University Saturday, Oct. 20 at 5 pm. Monique Martinez and LaTesha Fleming each finished with two goals in the game for Mobile, while Melissa Maddox had three assists and Christy Lachappelle and Sarah Duren each finished with two assists.

BRUNSWICK, Ga-- The University of Mobile volleyball team picked up a SSAC road win at Coastal Georgia Saturday afternoon, winning 3-1 (14-25, 25-20, 25-16, 25-21). Mobile (20-8, 7-4) visits Belhaven University Tuesday at 7:00 pm. Jessica Rule had 13 kills and hit .545 for Mobile, Bailey Nations added 13 kills and 13 digs and Disah Kolassiba finished with 10 kills for the Lady Rams.
