Lady Rams Roll Past Badgers 61-51

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's basketball team took down rival Spring Hill College 61-51 in Southern States Athletic Conference action Thursday evening at Pharr Gym. Mobile (12-10, 7-5) hosts Faulkner University Saturday at 2 pm. The Lady Rams got 20 points, 7 boards and 4 assists from Deonica McCormick, Briana Edwards added 15 points, Lauren Bethly chipped in 12 off the bench and Courtney Bayliss finished with 11 points and 6 rebounds.

Rams Blast Badgers By 70-54 Margin

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile men's basketball team defeated rival Spring Hill College 70-54 in Southern States Athletic Conference action Thursday evening at Pharr Gym. With the win, UMobile Head Coach Joe Niland moves within one win of his 400th career victory. Mobile (12-9, 6-6) hosts Faulkner University Saturday at 4 pm.

Lady Rams Fall To 14th-Ranked Xavier

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's basketball team fell 58-76 to 14th-ranked Xavier University in non-conference action Monday evening. Mobile (11-10, 6-6) hosts rival Spring Hill College Thursday at 5:30 pm. Briana Edwards led the Lady Rams with 20 points and 8 rebounds, while Deonica McCormick finished with 17 points and 7 assists.

Rams Fall 50-57 To Visiting Auburn-Montgomery

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile men's basketball team fell 50-57 to visiting Auburn-Montgomery in Southern States Athletic Conference action Thursday evening. Mobile (11-8, 5-6) hosts Xavier University in non-conference play Monday at 7:30 pm. Chris Richardson was the lone Ram to score in double figures at 11, while Julien Sargent added 8 points and 4 boards off the bench.

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's basketball team fell 61-72 to 25th-ranked Auburn-Montgomery Thursday evening in Southern States Athletic Conference action. Mobile (11-9, 6-5) Xavier University Monday at 5:30 in a non-conference battle. Courtney Bayliss led the Lady Rams with 20 points on 6-of-9 shooting from 3-point range.

Mobile (11-8, 6-4) hosts Auburn-Montgomery Thursday, Jan. 24 at 5:30 pm. Deonica McCormick led Mobile with 15 points and 6 assists.
