LAKE WALES, Fla-- The University of Mobile men's golf team sits in 8th place after day one at the 8th Annual Start 2 Finish Classic at Lake Wales CC.

The Rams sit at +65 633 (315, 318) after 36 holes played on the opening day of the tournament. Rollins College sits in 1st after shooting a 7-over 575 (281, 294).

Zach Day shot an 11-over 153 (76, 77) to sit in a tie for 20th. Patrick Kelley sits at 15-over 157 (79, 78), Laile Stagner shot a 19-over 161 (80, 81), Brent Hill carded a 21-over 163 (81, 82) and Josh Ball fired a 21-over 163 (80, 83) on day one.

Hunter Stone of Rollins College and Gustaf Hydbom of WIU Green sit in a tie for 1st after shooting 2-under 140's.
