LAKE WALES, Fla-- The University of Mobile women's golf team finished in a tie for 3rd at the 8th Annual Start 2 Finish Monday.

The tournament took place at the Par-72, 5,825-yard Lake Wales CC.

The Lady Rams carded a 124-over 700 (344, 356) to finish in a tie with SCAD-Atlanta (339, 361). Coastal Georgia finished 1st with a 64-over 640 (332, 308) and Centre College placed 2nd at 76-over 652 (327, 325).

Emily Blount finished 18th individually with a 28-over 172 (83, 89) and Ann Nahl placed 22nd at 30-over 174 (88, 86). Abbie Harris shot a 32-over 176 (86, 90), Alex Moore finished at +34 178 (87, 91) and Kylee Schone finished at 42-over 186 (90, 96).

Christian Liggin of Coastal Georgia finished 1st at 10-over 154 (80, 74).

Mobile will next compete in the University of South Alabama Spring Invitational Feb. 27-28.
