No. 19 Mobile Blanks LSU-Shreveport

 

Mobile, Ala-- The 19th-ranked University of Mobile women's tennis team defeated LSU-Shreveport 9-0 in Gulf Coast Athletic Conference action Friday afternoon.
 
Mobile (5-1, 2-1) next plays March 10 at Montevallo at 3 pm. LSUS, in its first year of competition, falls to 0-3, 0-3.
 
The Lady Rams dominated the match, losing only one set at No. 6 doubles. Mobile took 24 of 27 games in the three doubles matches and cruised in the top five singles matches, winning all but four games.
