CLEVELAND, Tenn-- The 3rd-ranked Lee University Flames defeated the University of Mobile 12-0 in the series finale Saturday afternoon in Southern States Athletic Conference play.

Mobile (5-5, 0-3) visits University of West Florida Wednesday at 5 pm.

The Flames' offense racked up 12 runs on 15 hits in just seven innings. Corey Fountain was tagged with the loss after giving up seven runs on nine hits in 2.2 innings of action. Clint Terry held Mobile to three hits in 6 innings of shutout ball to pick up the win.

Danny Canela had three hits for Lee, Karsten Strieby finished 2-for-3 with two RBI, Mark Silva went 2-for-4 with three RBI and Roberto Duran finished 3-for-3 with one homer and four RBI.

Lee scored in every inning but the 5th, including four runs in the 3rd and 6th.
