MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile men's basketball team had three athletes honored by the Southern States Athletic Conference with the release of the SSAC Year-End Awards Wednesday evening.

Cole Fountain was named All-Freshman, Marcus Polnett and Cody Scott earned All-Academic honors and Polnett was the team's Champions of Character honoree.

Fountain has seen action in 28 games for the Rams, averaging 12.1 minutes, 4.4 points and 2.9 rebounds per contest.

Polnett started 29 games for Mobile, averaging 5.6 points to go along with a team-leading 66 assists, while Scott averages 4.7 points and 2.3 rebounds in 29 games.
