HATTIESBURG, Miss-- The Gulf Coast Athletic Conference announced the 2010 Thomas Howell Cup winner Tuesday and Belhaven University edged out the University of Mobile to win the coveted trophy for the first time in school history.
The Thomas Howell Cup is awarded to the school with the highest number of points based on the order of finish in the various sports they participate in.
Belhaven snapped Mobile's streak of five straight trophies won and the Rams have won 18 of the 22 Thomas Howell Cups awarded since 1988.

2) Mobile - 46 points
3) Xavier - 40 points
4) Spring Hill - 39.5 points
4) William Carey - 39.5 points
6) Loyola - 30.5 points
7) LSUS - 28 points
8) Tougaloo - 18 points
9) SUNO - 15.5 points
10) Dillard - 13 points
