METAIRIE, La-- The University of Mobile men's cross country team finished in 4th place at the Loyola Wolfpack Invitational Saturday morning.

The Rams finished with a team time of 1:39:46.18, while Xavier University won the meet with a time of 1:31:07.24. Mobile finished 3rd among SSAC teams in the meet.

Mark Meadows paced Mobile with a 15th place finish and a time of 18:52.11, while Ryne Pulliam finished 19th with a time of 19:01.57.

Chase Amerson clocked in at 20:15.31 in 31st place, Stephen Ferguson finished 35th with a time of 20:37.49 and Jeffrey Caviness turned in a time of 20:59.70 to finish 38th.

Dominique Hector finished at 24:08.67, Nick Weaver finished at 25:19.68 and Jay Fincher rounded out the group at 26:53.17.

Xavier's Matt Pieri finished 1st at 17:08.56.
