MONTGOMERY, Ala-- The University of Mobile men's golf team sits in 9th place after day one of the Alabama State University Fall Classic.

The Rams shot a 27-over 315, 21 strokes behind leader University of West Georgia. Mobile is only four strokes behind rival Spring Hill College.

Patrick Kelly leads Mobile with a 2-over 74 and is in a tie for 6th individually, while Alejandro Salcedo sits in 16th after a 4-over 76.

Leland Dunning carded a 6-over 78 and Brent Hill and Jacob Morgan both turned in 15-over 87's.

Final round takes place today.
