PENSACOLA, Fla-- The University of Mobile men's cross country team turned in a 9th-place finish at the Gulf Coast Stampede Saturday morning at the Escambia County Equestrian Center.
The Rams' top five runners turned in a combined time of 2:57:39 in the 8K run and accounted for 263 points, while the University of West Florida won the meet with a team time of 2:17:55 and 21 points.
Ryne Pulliam paced the Rams in the team's first 8K run of the year with a 52nd place finish after clocking in at 32:10.
Mark Meadows turned in a time of 33:20, good enough to place 63rd and Chase Amerson finished two spots behind Meadows with a time of 33:57.
Jeffrey Caviness finished at 36:54 and Dominique Hector rounded out the UMobile runners with a time of 41:18.
