MERIDIAN, Miss-- The University of Mobile men's golf team finished in 7th place at the Jim Redgate Invitational Tuesday.
The tournament was hosted by Meridian Community College at the Briarwood Country Club's Par-72, 6928-yard course.
The Rams carded a 55-over 919 (313, 305, 301) in the three-round event, while Wallace State CC won the tournament with an 11-over 875 (289, 293, 293).
Mobile's top finisher, Jacob Morgan, tied for 22nd individually with a 12-over 228 (78, 75, 75), while Leland Dunning carded a 13-over 229 (76, 78, 75) to place 24th.
Patrick Kelley shot a 16-over 232 (82, 76, 74), Alejandro Salcedo finished at +17 233 (77, 79, 77) and Laile Stagner shot a 24-over 240 (83, 76, 81) for the Rams.
