PENSACOLA, Fla-- The University of Mobile men's cross country team finished 10th out of 11 teams at the Gulf Coast Stampede Saturday morning.
The Rams finished with 315 points and a team time of 2:48:41.01, while University of South Alabama won the meet with 19 points and a time of 2:07:27.00.
Gulf Coast Athletic Conference members Xavier, Spring Hill and Loyola finished 7, 8 and 9 respectively, while Dillard finished 11th. Xavier had 175 points and a time of 2:22:46.90.
Zach Gaines finished 64th with a time of 30:26.00, Stephen Ferguson finished with a time of 32:19.00, Josh Stodghill finished at 34:14.00, Bryan Albritton finished at 34:51.00, John Fincher finished at 36:51.00, Jeffrey Caviness finished at 40:44.00 and Kaleb Heffner finished at 42:08.00.
For the women, Joanna Canning finished at No. 79 with a time of 23:54.00, Tiffany Tindall finished at 25:13.00 and Chynna Lee finished at 25:45.
