MARIETTA, Ga-- The 2nd-ranked University of Mobile men's soccer team blanked 7th-ranked Southern Poly 3-0 in Southern States Athletic Conference road action Wednesday afternoon.

The Rams managed 12 shots, including 7 shots on target, while the Hornets of Southern Poly put 4 of 7 shots on frame.

Kyle Buxton made a pair of saves while working all 90 minutes to pick up the shutout victory for the Rams.

Mobile got goals from Stephen Okai, Chris Dillon and Deshorn Brown, while Gunnar Steindorsson and Sam Blackburn helped out with assists.

Mobile (7-0, 3-0) will visit Southern Wesleyan Friday at 4 pm.
