Lady Ram Golfers Win UMobile Fall Classic

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team won the UMobile Fall Classic Tuesday at Heron Lakes CC. The Lady Rams fired a 95-over 671 (344, 327) at the 5,913-yard, par-72 course.Spring Hill finished 2nd with a 114-over 690 (342, 348) and Indiana Tech placed 3rd after shooting +134 (363, 347).

Lady Rams Two Strokes Back After Round One

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team is only two strokes back after round one of the UMobile Fall Classic at Heron Lakes CC Monday. The Spring Hill College Badgers shot a 342 on day one, followed by Mobile at 344 and Indiana Tech at 363. Mobile's Ann Nahl is tied with Katie Callahan after shooting an opening-round 79. Avery Kyle is three strokes off the individual lead with an 82.

Lady Rams Finish 13th At BSC Southern Shootout

BIRMINGHAM, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team placed 13th at the BSC Southern Shootout Monday. The Lady Rams carded a 104-over 664 (336, 328) at the par-70, 5,801-yard Highland Park Golf Course. Fellow Southern States Athletic Conference member Lee University won the tournament with a 17-over 577 (289, 288), while Shorter came in 4th with a 43-over 603 (308, 295).

UMobile Women Finish NAIA Preview In 11th

GREENVILLE, Tenn-- The University of Mobile women's golf team finished in 11th place at the 2011 NAIA Women's Preview Tuesday. The two-day tournament was held at Link Hills Country Club's Par-73, 6,056-yard course. The Lady Rams fired a 95-over 679 (339, 340) for the 11th place finish, while Lee University won the tournament with a 33-over 617 (309, 308).

Lady Ram Golfers Sit In 11th At NAIA Preview Tournament

GREENEVILLE, Tenn-- The University of Mobile women's golf team sits in 11th place after round one at the 2011 NAIA Preview Tournament Monday. The tournament is being held at Link Hills Golf and Country Club. It is a Par-73, 6,056-yard course. Lee University and Northwood University sit atop the leaderboard after firing 17-over 309's. UMobile carded a 47-over 339 on day one.

Lady Rams 2nd At Badger Fall Shootout

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team sits in 2nd place after one round of play at the Badger Fall Shootout Monday. The Lady Rams carded a 67-over 355 and sit eight strokes behind the Lady Badgers. William Carey sits in 3rd after putting up a 386 in round one. Ann Nahl leads the Lady Rams with a 14-over 86, while Abbie Harris and Alexis Belton fired 87's.

Lady Rams Finish 2nd At Lagoon Park

MONTGOMERY, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team opened the 2011-12 season by placing 2nd at the ASU Fall Golf Classic. Host Alabama State won the tournament at Lagoon Park with an 87-over 663 (332, 331), while the Rams shot a +101 677 (336, 341). Mobile tied with rival Spring Hill. Abbie Harris finished 5th overall with a 19-over 163 (81, 82) and Ann Nahl finished one spot behind her at 21-over 165 (82, 83).

Lady Rams Sit Four Strokes Back After Opening Round

MONTGOMERY, Ala-- The UMobile women's golf team sits in second place after one day of play at the Alabama State University Fall Classic after carding a 48-over 336 at Lagoon Park. The Lady Rams sit only four strokes behind tournament leader Alabama State and six strokes ahead of rival Spring Hill College. Mobile has four of the top eight golfers in the individual standings after 18 holes of play, led by Abbie Harris, who shot a 9-over 81 to sit in 3rd for the tourney.
