UM Men Pick Up GCAC Victories

Mobile, Ala-- The University of Mobile men's tennis team swept Belhaven University and Tougaloo College in Gulf Coast Athletic Conference action Saturday. Mobile beat Belhaven 6-3 and defeated Tougaloo 8-1.
 

Ricky Weghorst, Guilherme Lorencon, Jesus Urmeneta and Saulo Litterio won in singles play for the Rams, while R. Weghorst - G. Lorencon and Gustavo Godoi - J. Urmeneta won in doubles action against Belhaven.
 

Against Tougaloo, Urmeneta, Clint Key, Preston Smith, Billy Musgrove and Jay Berga won in singles action. Weghorst - Lorencon, Urmeneta - Godoi and Litterio - Key swept the three doubles matches.
 

Mobile (5-2, 3-2) hosts Millsaps Monday at 10 am.
