Lady Ram Golfers In 3rd After One Round

ST. SIMONS ISLE, Ga-- The University of Mobile women's golf team sits in 3rd place after one round of play at the Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational Monday at the King and Prince Golf Course.

The Lady Rams fired a collective 44-over 332 to sit in the third spot with Tuesday's final round looming. Northwood is in 1st at 26-over 314 and fellow Southern States Athletic Conference member Coastal Georgia is in 2nd at 35-over 323.

Devin Pigford paced Mobile in the opening 18 holes, carding a 7-over 79 to sit in a four-way tie for 7th individually.

Mobile's Haley Mize (+11 83) and Alex Moore (+12 84) are 13th and 14th, respectively, Kylee Schone is in 17th with a 14-over 86 and Emily Blount finished round one at 21-over 93.
