UMobile Women Run At SSAC Championships

GULFPORT, Miss-- The University of Mobile women's cross country team finished the 2010 season with a 9th-place finish at the 2010 SSAC Championships Saturday morning.

Mobile turned in a total time of 2:05:06 for 221 points, while Lee University won with a time of 1:35:05 and 32 points.

Joanna Canning paced the Lady Ram runners with a 41st place finish after clocking in at 22:20.83 in the 5K run.

Chynna Lee finished 62nd with a time of 25:08.60, Kristen Jones clocked in at 25:40.25, Tiffany Tindall finished at 25:53.27 and Shelby Townsend came in right behind her with a time of 26:03.20.
