Mobile Men Open 2011 Spring Season

Day One Results

LAKE WALES, Fla-- The University of Mobile men's golf team kicked off the 2011 spring season at the Start 2 Finish Webber Classic Sunday with two rounds of play at the 71-under, 7,072 yard Lake Wales CC.

Mobile sits at +57 625 (315, 310) in 7th place, while host Webber International leads the pack with a 39-over 607 (311, 296). University of Tampa sits in 2nd with a 45-over 613 (310, 303).

Leland Dunning leads Mobile and sits in a tie for 3rd individually after firing a 7-over 149 (72, 77). Webber's Tom Gamble leads all golfers with a 3-over 145 (72, 73).

Jacob Morgan sits in 20th after carding a 14-over 156 (79, 77) and Alejandro Salcedo finished day one with a 15-over 157 (83, 74). Patrick Kelley shot a 21-over 163 (81, 82).

The tournament will wrap up play Monday.
