Mobile Men Stay Unbeaten With 8-1 Win

NEW ORLEANS, La-- The University of Mobile men's tennis team defeated Loyola University 8-1 in conference action Friday.

Mobile (3-0, 2-0) will battle University of New Orleans Saturday at 10 am.

The Rams picked up a 3-0 edge after doubles play and then swept No. 2-6 singles matches.

Guilherme Lorencon-Lucas Martins won 8-1 at No. 1, Enzo Correa-Jesus Urmeneta won 8-1 at No. 2 and Billy Musgrove-Clint Key picked up an 8-3 win at No. 3 doubles.

Correa cruised 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 singles, Martins won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 3, Musgrove won 7-5, 6-0, Key won 6-2, 6-1 and Beau Bryars rolled 6-2, 6-1. Lorencon fell 6-4, 0-6 (5-10) at No. 1.
