Lady Ram Runners Start 2011 Season

MEMPHIS, Tenn-- Four University of Mobile runners kicked off the 2011 women's cross country season by running at the Brooks Memphis Twilight XC Classic Saturday evening.

The 5K run was held at the Mike Rose Complex and featured over 200 runners, including many from NCAA schools.

Katelyn Osborne was Mobile's highest finisher, placing 138th with a time of 22:28. Joanna Canning finished at 176 with a time of 24:20, Chynna Lee clocked in at 27:08 and Allie Wheeler finished at 28:14.

The Lady Rams will run as a team Saturday at Municipal Park at the Badger Brawl. The meet will begin at 8 am.
