SAVANNAH, Ga-- The University of Mobile men's golf team finished in 6th place at the Wilmington Island Club Intercollegiate Tuesday.
The Rams finished at 47-over 899 (297, 298, 304), while SCAD won the tournament with a 1-over 853 (286, 276, 291).
Tyson Lynn and Cameron Smith tied for 24th to lead Mobile. Smith shot a 13-over 226 (77, 74, 75), while Smith finished with (76, 75, 75). Leland Dunning tied for 26th after shooting a 14-over 227 (73, 77, 77).
Alejandro Salcedo also finished tied for 26th with a 14-over 227 (71, 72, 84). Jacob Morgan shot a 36-over 249 (81, 91, 77) for the Rams.
SCAD's Loren Bunting won top individual honors with a 5-under 208 (72, 65, 71).

The Rams sit at 27-over 595 (297, 298) after two rounds Monday at the Wilmington Island Club. Host SCAD is in 1st place with a 6-under 562 (286, 276).
Alejandro Salcedo is tied for 9th at 1-over 143 (71, 72) to pace the Rams. Leland Dunning is tied for 22nd after firing an 8-over 150 (73, 77). Teammates Tyson Lynn, 9-over 151 (77, 74) and Cameron Smith 9-over 161 (76, 75) are tied for 28th. Reigning GCAC Men's Golf Player of the Week Jacob Morgan sits at 30-over 172 (81, 91).
