UMobile Women Finish NAIA Preview In 11th

GREENEVILLE, Tenn-- The University of Mobile women's golf team finished in 11th place at the 2011 NAIA Women's Preview Tuesday.

The two-day tournament was held at Link Hills Country Club's Par-73, 6,056-yard course.

The Lady Rams fired a 95-over 679 (339, 340) for the 11th place finish, while Lee University won the tournament with a 33-over 617 (309, 308).

Northwood University placed 2nd with a 37-over 621 (309, 312).

Mobile's top performer was Ann Nahl, who finished in a tie for 28th individually after carding a 16-over 162 (82, 80).

Abbie Harris placed 39th with a 21-over 167 (82, 85) and Alexis Belton finished with a 30-over 176 (86, 90).

Rounding out the Mobile performers, Mandy Eads carded a 32-over 178 (89, 89) and Emily Blount shot a 37-over 183 (97, 86).
