Lady Ram Golfers Win UMobile Fall Classic

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team won the UMobile Fall Classic Tuesday at Heron Lakes CC.

The Lady Rams fired a 95-over 671 (344, 327) at the 5,913-yard, par-72 course.

Spring Hill finished 2nd with a 114-over 690 (342, 348) and Indiana Tech placed 3rd after shooting +134 (363, 347).

The Badgers held down a two-stroke lead after round one, 342 to 344, but Mobile trimmed 17 strokes off their day one score on the final day of play.

Mobile's Ann Nahl took home top individual honors after firing a 15-over 159 (79, 80), while Abbie Harris placed 2nd with a 20-over 164 (84, 80).

Alexis Belton finished 6th with a 25-over 169 (90, 79), Kylee Schone tie for 10th with a 35-over 179 (84, 95) and Mandy Eads tied for 10th with a 35-over 179 (91, 88).

Emily Blount finished 11th with a 36-over 180 (91, 89) to round out the Mobile performers.
