MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team sits in 11th place after one round of play at the 11th Annual USA Women's Invitational Monday. The Lady Rams carded a 40-over 328 in the opening 18 holes at Azalea. South Alabama leads the pack with an 18-over 206, while Louisiana Monroe and Arkansas-Little Rock are tied for 2nd with 22-over 310's.

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team closed out the 2012 fall schedule with a second place finish at the UM Fall Classic. The event was held at Heron Lakes' Par-72, 5,913-yard course Monday-Tuesday. The Lady Rams fired a score of 85-over 661 (339, 322) to finish eight strokes behind Spring Hill after the Badgers shot a 77-over 653 (335, 318).

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team sits only four strokes behind Spring Hill College after round one at the UM Fall Classic Monday. The two-day tournament is being held at Herron Lakes' Par-72, 5,913-Yard course. The Lady Rams shot an opening-round 51-over 339, while the Badgers carded a 47-over 335 over the opening 18 holes.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team shaved 11 strokess off its first-round score and climbed to 9th place on the final day of the BSC Southern Shootout Monday. The Lady Rams carded a 61-over 621 (316, 305) at the Par-70, 5,801-yard Highland Park Golf Course. Lee University won the tournament with a 27-over 587 (292, 295). Mobile finished ahead of Spring Hill, Jackson State, Faulkner Millsaps and many others in the 22-team field.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team sits in 13th place after round one at the BSC Southern Shootout Sunday. The two-day tournament is being held at the Par-70, 5,801-yard Highland Park Golf Course. The Lady Rams carded a 36-over 316 on day one, while Lee University leads the field with a 12-over 292. Birmingham Southern is in 6th place, only nine strokes ahead of UMobile.

TOCCOA, Ga-- The University of Mobile women's golf team finished 2nd at the Emmanuel Fall Invitational at Currahee Club's Par-72, 5,932-yard course. The Lady Rams fired a two-round score of 105-over 681 (349, 332), while Spring Hill won the tournament with an 83-over 659 (334, 325). Emmanuel and Erskine each finished at 128-over 705 to tie for 3rd.

ST. SIMONS ISLE, Ga-- The University of Mobile women's golf team finished 3rd at the 2012 Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational. Mobile carded a two-round 92-over 668 (332, 336) at the Par-72 5,920 yard King & Prince Golf Course. Northwood University won the tournament with a 56-over 632 (314, 318) and Coastal Georgia placed 2nd at 76-over 652 (323, 329).

ST. SIMONS ISLE, Ga-- The University of Mobile women's golf team sits in 3rd place after one round of play at the Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational Monday at the King and Prince Golf Course. The Lady Rams fired a collective 44-over 332 to sit in the third spot with Tuesday's final round looming. Northwood is in 1st at 26-over 314 and fellow Southern States Athletic Conference member Coastal Georgia is in 2nd at 35-over 323.

PRATTVILLE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf team opened the 2012-13 season by placing 3rd at the Alabama State University Fall Golf Classic Monday. The Lady Rams carded a two-round 138-over 714 (354, 360), while Alabama State won it with a 72-over 648 (326, 322). Haley Mize led the Lady Rams with a 5th place finish, firing a +23 167 (80, 87). ASU's Jenelle Kraakman won top individual honors with a 13-over 157 (79, 78).

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf program announced the signing of Alma Bryant High School star Haley Mize. "We are excited to sign Haley," UMobile Head Coach Colby Odom said. "We look forward to her developing her game and adding more competition amongst our team as we look to compete for championships on the conference and national level."
