Volleyball Splits On Final Day Of Embry-RiddlE Tournament

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.-- The University of Mobile volleyball team concluded the Embry Riddle University Labor Day Tournament by splitting a pair of matches. The Lady Rams opened the final day with a 3-0 (25-22, 25-22, 25-21) win over Cardinal Stritch University and then fell 1-3 (26-28, 9-25, 25-23, 14-25) to 21st-ranked Eastern Oregon University.

Volleyball Drops Pair Of Close Matches In Daytona

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.-- The University of Mobile volleyball team dropped a pair of close matches Friday at Embry-Riddle's Labor Day Tournament. UMobile fell 2-3 (19-25, 25-20, 25-23, 17-25, 17-19) to Montana State-Northern and then lost 1-3 (25-18, 22-25, 24-26, 20-25) to Northwestern Ohio.

Volleyball Named NAIA Scholar-Team

KANSAS CITY, Mo-- The University of Mobile volleyball team was named a 2012-13 NAIA Scholar-Team, as announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Friday. It is the fourth-straight year the UMobile volleyball program earned NAIA Scholar-Team recognition under Head Coach Jon Campbell.

UMobile 16th In NAIA Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup Standings

CLEVELAND – The University of Mobile (AL) is 16th in the second set of Learfield Sports Directors' Cup fall standings. Olivet Nazarene (IL) leads after collecting 258.00 total points after finishing second in women’ soccer, third in women’s cross country, ninth in men’s soccer and 22nd overall in men’s cross country.
