MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's basketball team used a strong inside game to take down NCAA-II University of New Orleans 63-41 Tuesday at Pharr Gym. Post player Alice Honnery led the Lady Rams with 16 points, 21 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 blocks, while fellow post player Daphnee Frieson chipped in 14 points and 10 boards. Forward Briana Edwards tallied 13 points off the bench.

CENTRAL, S.C.-- The University of Mobile women's basketball team fell 66-81 Friday at SSAC East foe Southern Wesleyan. Mobile (3-10, 2-3) visits Emmanuel College Saturday at 3 pm. Alice Honnery led Mobile with 17 points and 6 rebounds, while Briana Edwards added 10 points off the bench for Mobile. Janaye Gillard led four Lady Warriors in double figures with 19 points on 7-of-12 shooting, while Shyla Coleman added 11 points and 10 boards.

BETHANY, Okla-- The University of Mobile women's basketball team fell 58-67 to Science & Arts (Okla.) Thursday in road action. Mobile (3-9) visits Southern Wesleyan Friday, Jan. 6 at 5:30 pm for a SSAC contest. Briana Edwards led Mobile with 13 points, Courtney Bayliss added 12 points on 4-of-5 shooting from 3-point range and Alice Honnery finished with 11 points, 10 boards and 6 blocks to lead Mobile.

BETHANY, Okla-- The University of Mobile women's basketball team fell 58-75 at 15th-ranked Southern Nazarene University Wednesday afternoon in non-conference action. Alice Honnery led Mobile with 21 points and 12 rebounds, while Daphnee Frieson added 13 points and 6 boards off the bench on 5-of-9 shooting. Lauren Bethly added 8 points, while nobody else for Mobile tallied more than 3 points.

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's basketball team fell 49-59 in non-conference action to Concordia College-Selma Friday evening at Pharr Gym. Mobile (3-7) will next play Southern Nazarene Wednesday, Dec. 28 at 4 pm in Bethany, Okla. Courtney Bayliss was Mobile's lone double-digit scorer, finishing with 11 points on 3-of-5 shooting from 3-point range. Next highest was Briana Edwards' 9-point effort.

MOBILE, Ala-- Alice Honnery's triple-double led Mobile to an 86-63 victory over Brenau University in SSAC women's basketball action Saturday afternoon at Pharr Gym. Mobile (3-6, 2-2) will next host Concordia-Selma Dec. 9 at 5:30 pm. Honnery recorded a career best performance in points and rebounds, and finished with 34 points, 23 boards, 11 blocks and 4 assists while shooting 14-of-20 from the floor.

MOBILE, Ala-- The 15th-ranked Lee University Lady Flames used a strong second half to take down the University of Mobile 76-58 in SSAC women's basketball action Friday evening at Pharr Gym. Mobile (2-6, 1-2) will host Brenau University Saturday at 3 pm. Alice Honnery had a tremendous all-around game for the Lady Rams, finishing with 13 points, 13 rebounds, 9 blocks and 7 assists to lead the team in each category. Morgan Melancon added 10 points for Mobile.

MONTGOMERY, Ala-- The University of Mobile Women's Basketball team saw Alabama State use two runs to pull away and hand the Rams a 78-59 loss Tuesday night in the Dunn-Oliver Acadome. Mobile (2-5) hosts Lee University Friday, Dec. 2 at 5:30 pm. Mobile scored the first four points of the contest, but Alabama State (2-2) got back-to-back buckets from Danielle Gazaway to advance over the Rams 5-4 with 18:08 remaining in the half.

HAMMOND, La-- The University of Mobile women's basketball team fell 45-54 in an exhibition contest at Southeastern Louisiana University Saturday afternoon. Mobile (2-5) will visit Alabama State Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 6 pm in another exhibition contest. Alice Honnery paced Mobile with 13 points, 13 rebounds and 7 blocks, but was the only player to score in double figures. Allison Michael was next with 7 points, while two players finished with six.

Mobile (2-5) will visit Southeastern Louisiana Saturday at 3 pm in an exhibition contest. Alice Honnery led Mobile with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 6 blocks, while Allison Michael finished with 12 points for the Lady Rams. Judi Vigneulle added 5 points and 7 rebounds.
