Men's Golf Rallies For Win At Carey Collegiate

HATTIESBURG, Miss-- The University of Mobile men's golf team rallied from thirteen strokes back after round one to win the Carey Collegiate Classic Tuesday. Mobile fired a 12-over 580 (297, 283) to beat Spring Hill, which shot a +16 584 (284, 300). Mobile's second round score of 283 was the best score by 17 strokes and the best score of either round.

Lady Rams Drop Pair Of One-Run Games To Crusaders

MOBILE, Ala-- The 19th-ranked University of Mobile softball team dropped a pair of one-run ball games to 7th-ranked William Carey University Tuesday to open Southern States Athletic Conference action. The Crusaders took the opener 5-4 and took the finale 2-1 in eight innings. Mobile (14-7, 0-2) hosts Rogers State University for a non-conference doubleheader Thursday at 4 pm.

No. 22 Women's Golf 7 Strokes Back After Round One

HATTIESBURG, Miss-- The 22nd-ranked University of Mobile women's golf team is in 3rd place after one round of play at the Carey Collegiate Classic at Canebrake Country Club. The Lady Rams shot a +35 319 to sit only seven strokes back of leader William Carey (+28 312) and five strokes back of Lindsey Wilson (+30 314).

No. 19 Mobile Picks Up Pair Of Run-Rule Victories

HATTIESBURG, Miss-- The 19th-ranked University of Mobile softball team won a pair of neutral site games at William Carey Saturday, beating LSU-Alexandria 14-4 in five innings and taking down Embry-Riddle 8-0 in five. In the first game, the Lady Rams scored in each inning, and tallied multiple runs in all but one frame. Mobile did the damage on 14 hits and 7 walks.

Lady Rams Pick Up Big 5-4 Win Against Rival Badgers

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's tennis team beat rival Spring Hill 5-4 in an always-important Southern States Athletic Conference matchup Friday evening. Mobile (8-0, 2-0) now has the edge in the hunt for the host bid to the 2013 NAIA Women's Tennis National Championship. The Lady Rams visit Huntingdon March 19 at 1 pm.
