| NAIA Women's Soccer National Championship Moving To Orange Beach by MHicks |
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has awarded the 2012 and 2013 Women’s Soccer National Championships to Orange Beach, Ala. The 29th and 30th annual events will take place at the Orange Beach Sportsplex and will be co-hosted by the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Sports Commission and the University of Mobile. The 2012 National Championship is scheduled for Nov. 26 – Dec. 1, with the 2013 tournament taking place Dec. 2 – 7. |

 KANSAS CITY, Mo-- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics released the 2011 Women's Soccer All-America teams Monday, and the University of Mobile had four student-athletes honored. Lorna Brownlie was tabbed a Third Team All-American, while Christy Lachappelle, Bekah Counce and Olivia Maddox earned Honorable Mention honors. |

 DECATUR, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's soccer team had four players named 2011 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Friday. Student-athletes are nominated by their institution's head coach and must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status in order to qualify for the honor. |
