The University of Mobile has unveiled a new athletic logo for the NAIA powerhouse Rams that reflects the program’s competitive edge.
The logo is featured on the university’s new website at www.umobile.ed
u. The charging ram’s head logo was selected by the UMobile Athletic Department
and designed by Jay Adcock with JWA Creative under the direction of the UMobile Marketing and Public Relations Department.
The image is in keeping with the Rams' winning program, which is home of eight NAIA national championships with 107 All-Time NAIA Scholar-Athletes, 61 conference championships, and 310 All-Time NAIA All-Americans. The Rams program is also a recognized Champions of Character program emphasizing five core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership.
The University of Mobile fields men’s teams in baseball, basketball, cross-country, golf, soccer and tennis, and women’s teams in basketball, cross-country, golf, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball.
The University of Mobile is a Christian university located in Mobile, Ala., on an 880-acre campus near Gulf Coast beaches. Approximately 1,800 students are enrolled in more than 40 undergraduate and graduate programs in the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Christian Leadership, School of Business, School of Christian Ministries, School of Education, School of Nursing, School of Worship Leadership, Center for Performing Arts/School of Music and Center for Adult Programs.
