Rams scored 13 runs in Seventh to rally for GCAC win over Loyola

WESTWEGO, La. -- Jud McWain's grand slam highlighted a 13-run rally in the top of the seventh inning as the University of Mobile knocked off Loyola University 19-7 Friday night in Westwego, La.

The Rams entered the final inning trailing 7-6 but ripped 11 hits off four Loyola pitchers in the final frame to improve their record to 2-9 and 1-0 in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference.

Ricardo Rolle led Mobile with three hits and four RBIs while Raul Santana and Paul Kerger each had three hits and three RBIs.

John Price worked six innings and earned the win thanks to the Rams' rally. Danny Arroyo struck out two in relief in the bottom of the seventh.
