UM Baseball Ranked #6

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile baseball team retained its #6 ranking in the NAIA Top-25 for the 5th-straight week when the most recent rankings were released Wednesday afternoon.

The Rams are 39-10 overall and have clinched the Regular Season Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Championship with a 29-3 conference ledger.

Mobile native Jared Baria leads the Rams with a .436 batting average and is only 4 hits away from setting a new single-season hit record at the University of Mobile.

On the mound, seniors Justin Bracewell and Jesse Luker have gone a combined 19-3 on the season. Bracewell has a 2.51 ERA, while Luker has posted a 3.10 ERA and is one win away from owning the career wins record at Mobile.

The Rams wrap up the regular season with a 3-game set at LSU-Shreveport this weekend and then co-host the GCAC Tournament at Spring Hill College April 30- May 4th.
