Larry Burgess

Personal: A native of Livingston, La… Son of Gloria Burgess… A talented artist majoring in Graphic Design… Played at Doyle High School under head coach Mike Rabalais where he averaged 22 points, seven rebounds, four assists and four steals a game… MVP of both his District and Parish… Best Offensive Player in Parish… All-District and All-State honors. 

2002-03 (So.): Explosive guard who lead the team in seven statistical categories including FG attempted/made, 3FG attempted/made, FT% (75%), points scored for the season (428) and steals (43)... Scored a career-high 25 in a two point home victory over conference rival SUNO 73-71. 

2001-02 (Fr.): Played in 26 games his freshman season... Scored a season-high 23 points vs. William Carey.
