Mobile comes-from-behind to win, 2-1

SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. -- For the second consecutive day, the University of Mobile (4-1-1) had to come-from-behind in order to win as the Rams defeated host school John Brown University, 2-1, Saturday afternoon in the final game of the John Brown University Tournament.

The Rams fell behind early 1-0, in the eighth minute but rallied to tie the score at 1-1 just before the half.

In the second half, the Rams got the go-ahead goal they needed and held off a late John Brown attack securing the 2-1 victory.

Mobile improves to 4-1-1 on the season and will next be in action on Tuesday, Sept. 21 when the play at Lindsey Wilson College. The game, originally scheduled for Wednesday night at Mobile, has been moved to Columbia, Kentucky due to the effects of Hurricane Ivan.
