UM Men Continue To Roll
HATTIESBURG, Miss-- The University of Mobile men's soccer team picked up its 5th-straight win Tuesday evening, with a 3-0 road victory over William Carey University.
The victory moves Mobile to 1-0 in Gulf Coast Athletic Conference action, and is the team's 5th-straight shutout.
Adrian Rochofski, who has been the goalie in those shutout wins, made a couple of big saves early for the Rams, and then Mobile got all the offense they would need from two players. Ruben Diaz increased his team-leading goal total to 5, with a pair of scores versus the Crusaders, and Jack St. Hilaire picked up his first score of the season.
Mobile moves to 5-2-1 on the season and is currently ranked 2nd in the Region XIII rankings. The Rams next play at home Friday, when Webber International comes to the Jungle for a 7:00 pm start time.
