Mobile Defeats Tusculum 2-1

GREENEVILLE, Tenn-- The University of Mobile men's soccer team went on the road after a lengthy home stand and extended its winning streak to 9 by downing Tusculum College 2-1.

The Rams struck first at the 20:12 mark when Matt Watts knocked home a penalty kick, his 4th of the season. But, the lead didn't last long, as the Pioneers answered just 1 minute later with a goal from Bruno Conceiaco.
 
Mobile turned to a familiar source to punch home the game winner. Watts won the game and picked up his 5th goal of the season when he delivered on a free kick 12 minutes into the 2nd half to finish the scoring. Tusculum and the Rams each had 13 shots and Mobile goalie Jason Williams finished the contest with 7 saves.

The Rams move to 9-2-1 on the season and next play at Milligan College in Tennessee Monday, October 8th at 7:00 pm.
