Rams Do It Again

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn-- The University of Mobile men's soccer team picked up its 10th consecutive win, by holding on to beat Milligan College 1-0 Monday evening in Tennessee.

The 8th-ranked Rams, who are now 10-2-1 on the year, used a combination that has led them to many of their previous victories: the foot of Ruben Diaz and a stout defensive effort.

The Rams pitched their 7th shutout of the year, and have allowed only 3 goals over the current 10-game win streak. Mobile has allowed only 7 on the season.

While the defense held up its end of the bargain, the offense did just enough, as Diaz picked up his 9th goal of the season to provide the game-winner for Mobile.

Mobile next plays at Mid Continent (KY) October 13th at 2:00 pm.
