MOBILE, Ala. – The University of Mobile men’s
soccer team rebounded from their recent loss to Lindsey Wilson College
with a 1-0 win over Berry College. Playing an early Monday afternoon game, the Rams scored in the first half and
sat on the
lead for the win.
Out shooting the Berry College Vikings
8-to-5, the Rams got on the scoreboard in the 27th minute.
Brady Bryant redirected a ball served from the left corner by Stephen
Shirley. James Gledhill got a foot on Bryant’s redirect and sent it to the
back of the net for the win.
The Rams (11-1-1) will now prepare for their
toughest and most important match of the season as they play host to
Auburn University - Montgomery Friday, Oct. 18, at 7 p.m.
