Men’s Soccer to Play in the Badger Fall Classic

MOBILE, Ala. – The University of Mobile men’s soccer team, ranked 23rd in the latest NAIA national rankings, will travel across town to Spring Hill this weekend to participate in the Badger Fall Classic. 

The tournament will feature the University of Mobile, St. Thomas University, North Georgia University and host team Spring Hill College.  The action is set to begin on Friday, Oct. 17 at 3 p.m. in a match featuring the University of Mobile and St. Thomas University.  Mobile will then play North Georgia University on Saturday, Oct. 18 at 3 p.m.

After a nine day lay-off, UM returned to play last Monday with a 7-0 thrashing of Trevecca Nazarene University.  The win snapped a two-game losing streak and improved the Rams record to 7-4 on the season. 

While UM will not face Spring Hill this weekend, the two teams are set to play next Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. on the Mobile campus.
