UM Falls to No. 3 AUM, 2-1 Contact: Mandy Brown MOBILE, Ala. -- UM battled hard but fell short to no. 3-ranked AUM Tuesday night. Sophomore Pete Rantala scored in the first half with an assist from Juhnai Koivuranta. AUM scored both their goals in the second half with a penalty kick by Thorhallur Hinriksson and a late score by Rannver Sigurjonsson. The men will travel to Pensacola, Fla., Friday to take on West Florida. Game time is set for 7 p.m. -30- |
