Rams Finish 5th At Coach O Invitational

TROY, Ala-- The University of Mobile men's cross country team finished 5th at the Coach O X-C Invitational Saturday at Troy University.

The Rams finished with a team time of 1:33:33 in the 5K race, behind Troy University, South Alabama, Birmingham Southern and Huntingdon College. Huntingdon was 4th with a time of 1:32:33.

Michael Sinkey and Dennis Kimeli again paced the Rams with Top-20 finishes. Sinkey led the way with a 14th-place finish after clocking in at 17:10, while Kimeli finished 17th at 17:17. Chris Rhodes finished 27th with a time of 19:29 and Daniel Gardner came in 30th at 19:38.

Jeffrey Caviness crossed the finish line at 19:59 for a 31st-place finish, Josh Stodghill finished at 20:41 to finish 35th, Thomas Fletcher clocked in at 21:36, Lamar Fitchard finished at 23:21 and John Fincher rounded out the Ram runners at 25:35.

Four Lady Rams Run at Coach O Invitational

TROY, Ala-- The Lady Rams did not have enough runners to field a complete team at the women's 2 mile run at Troy University, but four Lady Rams made the trip.

Jennifer McNellage clocked in at 14:06, and teammate Nathalie Di Domenico finished two seconds behind her at 14:08. Mary Carlisle clocked in at 16:11 and Richterica Ford came in at 20:41.
