the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Championship. David
Ferguson, Oneil Williams, Daniel Tidholm and Musa Kimeli
earned All-Conference honors. Musa Kimeli earned All-American
honors by placing third at the NAIA National Championship.
2002-2003: David
Ferguson named the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference men's cross
country individual champion. David Ferguson finished
as Region XIII runner-up and qualified individuall for the
Men's National Tournament Championships. David Ferguson named
to the All-Region XIII team.
2001-2002: David
Ferguson named to the All-Regional Team and qualified individuall
for the Men's National Tournament Championships. Edwin
Attaway was the recipient of the third annual Scholar-Athlete
Graduation Award.
2000-2001: Mike
Rauch named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team and
qualified individually for the Men's National Tournament Champioships.
1999-2000: Kevin
Stoots named as new head coach. Finished the season as Gulf
Coast Athletic Conference Champions for the seventh consecutive season. Participated
in NAIA National Tournament Championships. Josh Ginsburg named
NAIA All-American.
1998-1999: Finished
the season as Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Champions. Qualified
for and competed at NAIA National Tournament Championships. Six
runners named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team.
1997-1998: Finished
the season as Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Champions. Qualified
for and competed at the NAIA National Tournament Championships in
Kenosha, WI. Five runners named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference
Team. 1996-1997: Finished
the season as Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Champions. Finished
in 28th place overall at the NAIA National Tournament Championships.
1995-1996: Finished
the season as Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Champions. Finished
in 28th place overall at the NAIA National Tournament Championships.

the season ranked 23rd in the final NAIA regular season Top 25 Poll. Finished

Gus Ibarra, James Madison, Keith Melanson, Marlon Smith, Sam Smith,
and Mark Stewart named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference
Team. Madison named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete. Melanson
named Individual Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Champion. Head
coach Scott Simmons named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Men's Cross-Country
Coach of the Year.
1993-1994: Scott
Simmons named new head coach. Finished the season as Gulf Coast
Athletic Conference Champions and NAIA District 30 Champions for
the fourth consecutive year. Finished in 32nd place overall
at the NAIA National Championship Meet. Keith Melanson named NAIA
District 30 Individual Winner. Melanson, Christian Hayes and Marlon
Smith named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference and NAIA All-District
30 Teams. Scott Simmons named District 30 Coach of the Year. Melanson
finished in ninth place at the NAIA National Indoor Track Meet by
posting a time of 4:16 in the men's mile. Smith won the
Azalea Trail Run 10km. Melanson named NAIA All-American by
posting a 3:51 in the 1500 meter run at the NAIA Outdoor Track Meet. Smith
qualified for the NAIA National Outdoor Track Meet in both the marathon
and 10,000 meter run (31:17).
1992-1993: Rusty
King named new head coach. Finished the season as NAIA District 30
Champions. Competed in the NAIA National Championship Meet. Ron Cardin
named NAIA District 30 Individual Winner. Ron Cardin, Jon Cardin,
Chris Alexander, Tim Rice and Michael Spriggs named to the Gulf Coast
Athletic All-Conference and NAIA All-District 30 Teams. Marlon Smith
finished thirteenth overall in the marathon at the NAIA National
Track and Field Championships.
1991-1992: Finished
the season as NAIA District 30 Champions. Competed in the NAIA National

Winner.
1990-1991: Bob
Grube serves as head coach of the University of Mobile's first men's
cross-country program. Finished the season as NAIA District 30 Champions.
Qualified for the NAIA National Championship Meet. Bob Grube named
