2008 UM Softball Camps
Lady Rams To Host First Summer Camp MOBILE, Ala— The University of Mobile softball team is fresh off a second-place finish at the NAIA National Championships, and the Lady Rams' coaches and players are offering kids 8-18 years old a chance to learn how to play softball at a championship level. The University of Mobile will hold a softball camp July 8-10 from 9 am - 5 pm. 8-11 year olds will hold their camp 9-11 am, while the 12-18 year old camp will take place 2-5 pm. Cost will be $50 for 8-11 year olds and $65 for 12-18 year olds. The camps will cover hitting, defense and pitching, with UM players and coaches providing the instruction. Campers will need to provide their own glove, bat and water. Registration for the camp begins June 9th and the camp will be limited to 20 participants per group. Ginger Reeser Will Host Pitching Camps MOBILE, Ala-- Ginger Reeser went 24-3 as a pitcher for Mobile last season, and she will lead several pitching camps this summer at the University of Mobile.
