Lady Rams Fall To No. 22
KANSAS CITY, Mo—The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics released the Tachikara-NAIA Volleyball Coaches’ Top 25 Poll Tuesday, and the University of Mobile volleyball team fell three spots to No. 22.
The Lady Rams remain in the poll for the 7th-consecutive week, despite dropping three spots. They have been ranked as high as 18th this season, but fell after going 3-1 at the Georgetown College Boneyard Brawl over the weekend.
That one loss was a 3-2 decision to then #23 Campbellsville, who climbed to No. 20 in the latest poll.
The Lady Rams are one of only seven teams in the poll with two or fewer losses, sitting at 28-2 on the season, including a 5-0 mark in Gulf Coast Athletic Conference action. Mobile has a pair of GCAC matches this week, playing at Spring Hill Tuesday, Oct. 28 and then traveling to Belhaven College Friday, Oct. 31 for a 7 pm match. |
