Mobile Breaks 3 Game Slide with 87-72 win over
William Carey College
MOBILE, Ala. – Sherie Lattimore
was a perfect 9-of-9 from the floor and scored 24 points as the University
of Mobile (14-11, 8-6) ended a three-game slide with an 87-72 win over
William Carey College Saturday night at home in Pharr Gymnasium.
The Rams were on fire in the
first half as they hit on 7-of-11 three point attempts in building up a
20-point advantage at 39-19.
Crystal Coston, Sasha Lilly and
Keli Saragusa all scored in double-figures as the Rams shot 53.4 percent
from the field for the game.
Kayla Cooley scored 22 points
for the Crusaders in a losing effort as they fall to 6-14 on the season
and 4-9 in conference play.
Mobile will next be in action
on Monday, February 16, when the Rams host Xavier University at 5:30 p.m.
