2006-2007:
Finished with a 20-12 overall record and a 11-7 conference mark. Lost to Loyola in the GCAC Quarterfinals. Emmerentia Ledwaba was named to the GCAC All-Conference Team and earned NAIA Player of the Week honors.

2005-2006: Finished with a 23-6 record overall and a 10-3 record in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference. The Lady Rams defeated Loyola and William Carey to win the GCAC Tourament after also winning the regular season conference championship. The season ended in the second round of the NAIA National Tournament at the hands of Freed-Hardeman 71-56. Crystal Coston was named to the NAIA All-America Team, while Rheonda Leary and Kinga Rybarczyk were named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The Lady Rams finished the season ranked #18 in the final Top-25 poll.

2004-2005: Finished the season with a 25-9 overall record. Finished as the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference regular season and tournament runner-up behind Xavier University. Lost to Carroll College in the first round of the NAIA National Tournament. Crystal Coston and Kinga Rybarczyk were each named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference and All-Tournament Team. Coston was named a First-Team Kodak All-American and a Second-Team NAIA All-American. Rybarczyk was named a NAIA All-American Scholar Athlete.

2003-2004: Finished the season with a 16-14 overall record.  Finished third in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference after posting a 10-8 record in conference action.  Lost to Spring Hill College in the first round of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament.  Sherie Lattimore and Crystal Coston were named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team.  

2002-2003: Finished the season with a 22-13 overall record.  Finished fourth in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference after posting a 9-7 record in conference action.  Upset No. 1 seeded Xavier University 71-70 in the semi-final round of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament but eventually lost to Dillard University 56-51 in the championship game.  Lost in the first round of the NAIA National Tournament 62-48 to Vanguard University.  Paula Dill and Crystal Coston were named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team.  Coston would also receive Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year as well as NAIA Third-Team All-American honors.

2001-2002: Finished the season with a 30-6 overall record.  Won the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference regular season championship after posting a 15-1 record in conference action and defeated Xavier University 76-70 in the championship game to win the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament.  Advanced to the "Sweet Sixteen" of the NAIA National Tournament for the first time in school history.  Lost to Campbellsville 61-60 in the "Sweet Sixteen."  Set a school record for wins in a season with 30.  Edmarie Lumbsley, Desiree’ Christen, and Shanelle Stallworth were all named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team.  Lumbsley was named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Year and Stallworth was named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Year.  Head coach Martha Gore-Algernon was named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.  Lumbsley was also named as a Third Team All-American and Stallworth was a Honorable Mention All-American.  Laurie Simon was named a NAIA Academic All-American.  Lumbsley would go on to be chosen in the third round of the WNBA draft by the Utah Starzz.

2000-2001: Finished the season with a 13-14 overall record.  Finished fourth in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference after posting an 11-5 record in conference action.  Lost to Xavier University in the second round of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament.  Edmarie Lumbsley and Desiree’ Christen named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team.  Edmarie Lumbsley named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Year and Honorable Mention All-American.

1999-2000: Finished the season with a 13-18 overall record.  Finished in fourth place in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference after posting an 8-8 record in conference action.  Lost to Spring Hill College in the second round of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament. 

1998-1999: Finished the season with a 14-18 overall record. Finished in fourth place in Gulf Coast Athletic Conference after posting a 11-7 record in conference action.  Olivia Crawford and Monique McKenzie named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team. Monique McKenzie named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Year. Desiree Christen named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year.

1997-1998: Finished the season with a 13-19 overall record.  Finished in sixth place in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference after posting a 9-9 record in conference action.  Olivia Crawford named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team

1994-1995: Finished the season with a 24-8 overall record.  Finished in second place in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference after posting a 13-3 record in conference action.  Ranked 21st in the nation in thr final NAIA ranking. Yolanda Brundidge and Bernadette Powe named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team. Sarah Bailey and Misty Ferguson named Scholar Athletes. Head coach Curt Berger named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.  Set school record for most wins in a single season (24). Ranked in the Top 25 for eight consecutive weeks.

1993-1994: Finished the season with a 15-16 overall record.  Finished in eighth place in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference after posting a 5-11 record in conference action.

1992-1993: Finished the season with a 22-9 overall record.  Finished in second place in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference after posting a 13-3 record in conference action.  Defeated Louisiana College 79-52 to win the NAIA District 30 Tournament.  Lost in the first round of the NAIA National Tournament to Hastings College.  Monica Evetts and Stephanie Jackson named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team and the NAIA All-District 30 Team. Head coach Curt Berger named NAIA District 30 Coach of the Year.

1991-1992: Finished the season with an 18-12 overall record.  Won the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference regular season championship by posting a 13-3 record in conference action.  Jennifer Wasson named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team and the NAIA All-District 30 Team.

1990-1991: Curt Berger named as the new head coach.  Finished the season with a 22-8 overall record.  Finished the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference season with a 15-1 record.  NAIA District 30 Champions.  Jennifer Wasson named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team and the NAIA All-District 30 Team. Head coach Curt Berger named NAIA District 30 Coach of the Year.

1989-1990: Finished the season with a 15-13 overall record.  Finished the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference season with an 11-5 record.  Head coach Phil Headley named the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference and NAIA District  30 Coach of the Year. Wynonna Goldsmith and Robin Bryant each named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team and the NAIA All-District 30 Team.

1988-1989: Finished the season with a 17-16 overall record.  Finished the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference season with a 7-9 record.  Lisa Bardge named to the Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference Team and the NAIA All-District 30 Team.

1987-1988: Phil Headley named as the first head coach of the University of Mobile women's basketball program.  Finished the season with an 8-23 overall record.  Finished the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference season with a 3-13 record.
