DAYTONA BEACH, Fla-- The University of Mobile women's golf team finished in 7th place at the Embry-Riddle "Bash at the Beach" over the weekend. Bethune-Cookman took the event with a 2-round shot total of 595, while the Lady Rams finished 45 strokes back in 7th place. The Lady Rams were 14 strokes behind 6th-place Florida Institute of Technology and 4 strokes ahead of Webber International. Mobile shot a 322 in round one and finished with a 318 on the final day. Spring Hill finished 45 strokes behind Mobile. Maegan Rice led Mobile by finishing 23rd among individuals with a 158. Meghan Dove was not far behind, finishing 30th by carding a 2-round 161. Carlie Bloomer finished with a 165 and Taylor Lee shot a 189. Next up is the Region XIII Tournament April 27-29.
